Aged in a thoughtful blend of new oak (58 gallons) and stainless steel (80 gallons), the resulting wine is complex, focused, and deeply expressive of site and season.
Tasting Notes
Aromatics: Aromas of white nectarine, lemon balm, and honeysuckle give way to hints of crème brûlée and toasted almond from the oak. A touch of flint adds depth.
